- Their shoes are improving with every season. The powers that be at MD have been listening to FCaNK and have brought out a range of shoes with flexible soles. See, it wasn't that hard to do that was it?! The range is still pretty uninspiring. See our notes below in Purchase with Caution.
Purchase With Care
A Tinsy Winsy bit Laura Ashley!
Watch out as you may end up looking like an advert for Laura Ashley. There is nothing wrong with this, it is just that FCaNK don't usually place Massimo Dutti in the same category as Laura Ashley! Massimo Dutti is very conservative this season with a touch of innocence about it! Enjoy!
Limited Stock levels
Out of all the cheaper end high street shops, this one can have the most disappointing stock levels. If you find an article in Massimo Dutti, buy it then as there as their stock can be incredibly limited.
Quality Alert!
They tend to put out garments that are damaged or dirty and expect you to pay the full price. Do not expect to get a discount.
Check where the items are made
Be wary of cashmere made in China. Unfortunately, the quality may not be the same as cashmere items made in Italy or Scotland.
Cotton Alert!
Whilst their white t shirts and shirts are fabulously designed, they can be see through. Check this out before buying!
Buttons
They sometimes do not provide extra buttons in most of their garments, so there will be no replacements if any fall off.
Shoe Alert!
FCaNK only recommends these shoes for holidays in the sun. Their soles are rigid, which does not bode well for long term comfort and wear. They also look cheap and come in very uninspiring colours.
