My clothing options are such that I am in danger of turning chav

I had major abdominal surgery last week. The reasons why and wherefore are the subject for another time! I am recovering well and all is good in that direction.The only fly in the ointment is that my clothing options are very slim for the next six weeks! You see, I can't wear anything tight fitting, which rules out my wardrobe staple, jeans. Leggings and tights fall into the 'too tight' category as well as I can't have anything pulling on my nether regions!
Now, if I was in sunnier climes, I could go the dress, skirt or even the loose shorts option. Alas, it is September and it is cold! So, I have had to resort to track bottoms and yoga bottoms! All day, every day. What a nightmare. Don't get me wrong, they are really comfy and easy to wear. It's just that it breaks my rule of 'do not wear tracks around if I am not exercising'.
Anyway, I have accepted my fate and am soldiering on. I am going to try to do it with a bit of style though! I have worked out that I will need three or four pairs to see me through. So, Fur Coat husband was dispatched to the House of Fraser yesterday to pick me up a pair of Super Dry tracks. On sale of course! Now as far as sports wear goes for the older clientele, these are the duck's guts (as we say in Australia). He bought back a pair of denim blue ones that fit like a glove. Super Dry are good as they are not too baggy.
I already have a pair of Crew Clothing navy blue tracks which are very comfy with a thick waistband, which is sure not to catch on my tummy. Sweaty Betty bring up the rear with a pair of 2 year old chocolate brown tracks. They are getting a bit old but will do the trick. Do I need more? Probably is the more likely answer as it takes so long to dry these things, especially the extra thick waist band! Oh, to the joys of middle age! The danger is, as they are so so comfy, is that I will not want to go back to my old life of jeans! Chav?
