Have you noticed that you have started to look a little pale faced?

I certainly have. I am not blessed with even a hint of olive skin so my dilemma every year (I am not a fan of sun tan clinics) is how do I maintain a certain glow throughout these coming cold, colour less and dark months?
I am open to suggestions here everyone, so please do feel free to place your comments below!
My current strategies are as follows:
I use a tinted moisturiser (Bobbi Brown 'light to medium' tinted moisturiser) everyday to add a little glow to a ever whitening face!
I also rely upon Colour Me Beautiful concepts and try to dress in colours that will enhance my complexion, not deaden it. I steer clear of black (I haven't worn black since my friend Mel told me that she had banned black from her wardrobe. I took her advice on board and have never looked back) and work with my colours. Today I have on my juicy green wool sweater by Kenji (an Australian brand). Can I just add that this is a recent TK Maxx purchase for £14.99. I look healthy and I feel great in it!
I try and exercise outside during the winter months.  I swear by this practice. It gets your outside and moving during a time when you just feel like cuddling a cat in front of the fire. I get myself down to my local Fit For A Princess for a good hour long work out session.
Lastly, I make sure that I feed my skin with loads of water and masks during the winter to prevent dry and dehydrated skin.
Any other suggestions are most welcome in my house!
Signing off and happy days!
